Your feet stay dry and you stay healthy because the Nature One GTX is permanently waterproof and extremely breathable. This is ensured by the three-layer GORE-TEX® membrane throughout the lining of the Nature One GTX.
Extra slip-resistant with VIBRAM
You'll stand securely in the Nature One GTX as it smooths your path on rough terrain. The sole of the Nature One GTX has an optimal rubber compound and is therefore particularly slip-resistant, stable and stiff. This is the VIBRAM effect incorporated into the sole of the Nature One GTX.

Your questions, our honest answers
Different insoles are available for Nature One GTX to increase or reduce the volume in the shoe. For this purpose, we have developed a slightly thicker insole for narrow feet and a slightly thinner insole for wider feet.
Our Vario-Wide-Fit-System allows you to adjust the volume in the shoe.
HAIX shoes are 100% Made in Europe. For us, this is not just lip service, but lived practice. When it says "Made in Europe" on a HAIX shoe, we assure you that it was made exclusively at our production sites in Mainburg and Mala Subotica, Croatia. Both plants are among the most modern shoe manufacturing facilities in the world.

The Nature One GTX is made with as few seams as possible. The shoes therefore have almost no potential fault lines, allowing you to walk through thorny undergrowth without worries.
The shoes can be used in different terrains without hesitation.
The rubber edge strip of the Nature One GTX provides stability and protects against spikes or stones. It therefore prevents unpleasant pressure points on the foot.
The shoes can be used for all hiking or hunting activities without annoying restrictions.
The men's model of the HAIX Nature One GTX is produced on a wider last to give wider feet more room in the shoe. There are no visual or functional differences here.
The men's model is recommended for wider feet due to the fit.
The Nature One GTX can be cared for quickly and easily. With colourless, grease-free shoe polish for suede and nubuck leather, which does not affect the breathability of the leather or the colour of the shoe, and a waterproofing agent, the shoe is cared for.
The uncomplicated Nature One GTX ensures long-lasting enjoyment of the shoe's quality.
As a leisure shoe, the Nature One GTX does not have to be tested according to the DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) standard. This means that the shoe is not subject to certification. It is therefore suitable for orthopaedic insoles. This allows the Nature One GTX to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.

You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Nature One GTX is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.
The DIN EN ISO 20347 standard is an European standard for occupational footwear that has been revised. What was previously known as safety class O2, which is permanently waterproof, will henceforth be classified as safety class O6.

Good Boot, very comfortable.
Great fit out of the box. Soles are good and don't cling to mud and dirt. I am very impressed with the quality of the boots. I have worn them for 24 hours in very wet conditions and my feet are not sore or chaffed. I used to purchase Meindl, but their quality has deteriorated in recent years. Hopefully these Haix boots will last longer. Highly recommended so far.
