Different insoles are available for Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 V T high sidezipper to increase or reduce the volume in the shoe. For this purpose, we have developed a slightly thicker insole for narrow feet and a slightly thinner insole for wider feet.
Our Vario-Wide-Fit-System allows you to adjust the volume in the shoe.
The Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 V T high sidezipper has been tested according to the standard DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) and is therefore approved for orthopaedic insoles.
This allows the Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 V T high sidezipper to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.

While the Athletic models have a somewhat plainer colour scheme, Adventure models are designed with bright, eye-catching colours. There are no functional differences.

The T in the item description stands for textile. Accordingly, the Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 V T high sidezipper does not have a Gore-Tex membrane and is therefore not waterproof. If you are looking for waterproof shoes, the item description must contain the acronym GTX.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.
Half UK sizes differ in length by only a few millimetres.
You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 V T high sidezipper is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.
The DIN EN ISO 20347 standard is an European standard for occupational footwear that has been revised. What was previously known as safety class O2, which is permanently waterproof, will henceforth be classified as safety class O6.

Dear Haix, i have been using your Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 V T high/desert for the last 6 years, daily for flying in fast jets and i havent feel more confortable in any other boots that i had… Dear Haix, i have been using your Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 V T high/desert for the last 6 years, daily for flying in fast jets and i havent feel more confortable in any other boots that i had in my flying career, i use it in destert eviroment and the sweat is really minimal, its tight as needed and gives you the perfect feeling on rudder pedals, the company provided 1 pair 6 years ago but then they changed provider, after 6 years they are worn out and thats why i decided to buy again 2 pair. best boots i've ever owned
I have the black eagle tactical and athletic and they are both fantastic. I have a lot of ankle and feet problems and these boots are both strong and light as well as more comfortable than anything else Ive had, and Ive had a lot.

Perfect fit
Due to the boots side-zip and permanent lacing system it will always have a perfect fit with easy on and off when needed. The dual lace system made that even my rather thin feet and heels had a closure that made it fit with great comfort. I've had since i bought the boot walked on mud and wet rocks and i feel it grip on tight, have not yet felt that it would loose its grip and with the high model it feels like my ankels will be safe from rolling over while also making comfortable to walk. Even after 7 hours of walking on grass and mud the boots has not yet got any of it stuck on it, so the "Cleaning" system they advertise does seem to work great!

Light weight and comfortable. Easy on and off due to the zip which is great for such a tall boot. Good grip. Fits true to size. Customer services prompt and helpful, just waiting on my refund as initially bought the wrong size.

Good feel, good zipper but bought desert and black pair, both soles fell apart while uppers remained good in less than a year. Not heavily used. Not appropriate for medium duty work.
