Different insoles are available for Airpower XR26 to increase or reduce the volume in the shoe. For this purpose, we have developed a slightly thicker insole for narrow feet and a slightly thinner insole for wider feet.
Our Vario-Wide-Fit-System allows you to adjust the volume in the shoe.
The Airpower XR26 has been tested according to the standard DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) and is therefore approved for orthopaedic insoles.
This allows the Airpower XR26 to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.
The men's model of the HAIX Airpower XR26 is produced on a wider last to give wider feet more room in the shoe. There are no visual or functional differences here.
The men's model is recommended for wider feet due to the fit.
The Airpower XR26 can be maintained quickly and easily. Care for the shoes with colourless, grease-free shoe polish for suede and nubuck leather, which does not affect the breathability of the leather or the colour of the shoes, and a waterproofing agent.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.

You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Airpower XR26 is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.
The DIN EN ISO 20345 standard is an European standard for safety footwear that has been revised. What was previously known as safety class S3 is now further divided into safety classes S3S, S3L, S7, S7S, and S7L.

My previous very lightweight boots had given up after 10+ years in the garden since and as I embarking on a new private project Haix was my got to. I purchased a pair of these and it was like stepping into the old boots renewed. It is so good that you can trust the fit (last) to stay the same through the years.

The best boot I have owned
The most comfortable boot I have owned that are fully waterproof and breathable (Goretex) so don't make your feet sweat in the summer heat. Highly recommend.

Best boots I've ever owned
As a brickie and on my feet all day every day, i absolutely fly through work boots, they never last long. This is my 2nd winter with these now and they're still going strong, with all stitching still in tact. The 1st time I've ever had the same boots for 2 winters. Much better than caterpillar and Dr martens. Still very comfortable and waterproof. I'd definitely recommend them.

good boots
arrived 3 days after order, to the UK from Germany over christmas, very impressive. Lower on the ankle than expected but not an issue, the heel box is very stiff and much like my army issue Haix boots caused massive blisters, i expect this will soften with time. overall great quality, perfect (almost) fit and light. only issue i have found is that they are not at all insulated, so very cold when worn in the scottish highlands where i am currently working.

The most comfortable safety boots
Being a size 12 finding a comfortable safety boot is difficult and I have tried many different brands. The HAIX are the best fitting safety boots I have owned with the added bonus of the Gore-Tex lining.

I have tried many boots over the years, but none are as comfortable or durable as Haix. I will never go back to any other brand, it’s that simple. Comfortable from new, they just get more and more comfortable as they mould to your feet.

Instantly comfortable
This is my 4th pair of Haix boots and each has been a different style/price. Every pair has been a great fit and are instantly comfortable. My big issue is that I need gortex/waterproof, but work on my knees on abrasive surfaces and the first thing to wear out is the toe covering. Unfortunately, because of this the waterproofing is compromised and I need to throw the boots out. If I had an old style steel toe cap on top of the toe covering, I would probably still be wearing my first pair of Haix’s.
